= While all our rooms are occupied on this date, the facility itself is still available.

= Facility as well as all our Rooms are already booked for this date.

The Forum In Whitney will serve well for almost any event or gathering. Some events held at The Forum already include business conferences, weddings, rehearsal dinners, anniversary celebrations, high school proms and birthday parties. The Forum could also be used for public auctions, fund raising affairs, reunions, job fairs, conclaves, and many other events.

The Forum In Whitney takes bookings by reservation only on a first come first serve basis. To avoid disappointment of The Forum not being available for your event we suggest that you plan ahead by checking with us for available dates. Booking in advance also allows us time to properly prepare for your event with the services you wish us to provide.

For better information of availability we have added a booking calendar above. The calendar provides you with an overview of available dates. While we try to update this calendar as often as possible, it might still occur that booked dates are not yet listed. Please call us as soon as possible to secure facility and/or rooms for your event on your date of choice.

But don’t hesitate to call us if you have a last minute scheduling. If The Forum is available on the date you need it, we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
